We are excited to welcome Alma Salazar as the newest member of our Board of Trustees
Alma is the Associate VP Consumer & Professional Marketing, Sonendo, Inc. She is a marketing executive with 15-years of marketing experience specializing in brand marketing and strategy for such brands as Stayfree, BAND-AID, Reach Floss, Plax Mouthwash, OneTouch Verio diabetes meter, Invisalign, and now for GentleWave at Sonendo. We are beyond excited to have her join the family and see the lengths she can take us to with all of her knowledge in professional marketing.
Her career accomplishments include launching a key collaboration between BAND-AID and fashion designer Cynthia Rowley earning the brand the most earned media impressions in its multi-decade history; global launch of a new product across EU, China, LATAM, & US; and being the master mind behind the Invisalign re-launch with the Teen segment, making Invisalign a household name and the fastest growing segment across the business. Alma’s work has received industry wide recognition winning the Gold Stevie Awards for Youth Marketing of the Year (2018), Branded Content Campaign of the Year (2018), and Silver Stevie Award for Communications or PR Campaign of the Year (2018), among many other industry awards.
Alma received her BA from U.C. Berkeley an MBA from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester.
