As the year is coming to an end Ronald McDonald House Orange County had their yearly Donor & Volunteer Appreciation Dinner to show gratitude to those who helped during the year of 2023.
Our supporters of RMHOC were invited to the dinner on September 27th at The Vintage Rose in Orange. Attendees were excited to connect with each other and celebrate their love for the charity, as the last Appreciation Party was in 2019. It was a night of fun games, great food, and moving messages from past families that chose to share their stories with the crowd.
During the dinner we had one of our fearless board members, Patti Widdicombe help with our pinning ceremony for those that are members of the Fred and Fran Hill Legacy Society. This group of people has chosen to leave a space in their planned giving for RMHOC, each member was honored with an exclusive pin and corsage/boutonniere at the event.
The night ended with a sense of accomplishment and a renewed commitment to the mission of RMHOC. As attendees left the event, they carried memories of a wonderful evening and the knowledge that their contributions, both present and future, would continue to make a meaningful impact on the lives of the families being served.
