Racism is a public health crisis and a national plague. Just as we are struggling through a global pandemic – one that we know affects the Black community disproportionately – the pain and anguish of on-going killings lay bare the continued profound racial injustice in our country.
In alignment with our mission to provide comfort, care, and support to children and families in Southern California, we at RMHCSC stand in solidarity with the Black community. We do not tolerate inequity, injustice, or racism. As an organization, we are committed to enacting anti-racist practices in order to ensure an inclusive and equitable environment for our staff, families, and volunteers.
