Ivan and Ana at PRMH

Your donation today can help offer comfort and support to all the brave children and families served at the Pasadena Ronald McDonald House.

Ivan was born with amniotic bands syndrome causing him to have multiple surgeries since birth. When he was one year old, the doctors made the difficult decision to amputate his left leg. That was also the first time Ivan visited the Pasadena Ronald McDonald House.

What Ana wants to for her son are the same things that every parent wants for their children: health and happiness. “Going through such a difficult time in our lives, we are so fortunate that the Pasadena Ronald McDonald House has been there for us - a true “home-away-from-home” describes Ana.

Your donation today can help offer comfort and support to all the brave children and families served at the Pasadena Ronald McDonald House.

Over the past ten years, Ivan has had eleven surgeries and has received nine new prosthetics. The continuous treatment Ivan has needed and will continue to need is hundreds of miles away from his family’s home. Through the Pasadena Ronald McDonald House, Ivan and his mom will continue to have a place to stay together.

This is why we need your help. With so many critically ill children counting on us this season, your gift is urgently needed to: Provide a loving, safe “home-away-from-home” for out-of-town families, right by the hospital. Offer home-cooked meals, a kitchen and other necessities moms and dads need - so they can focus on getting their child well. This holiday season, please know how much your kindness means to a critically ill child. Your donation truly gives them the best treatment in the world: the love and support of their family.
