The Mardan Foundation was awarded a $13,600 grant from RMHCSC to fund a photography classroom

The Mardan Foundation of Educational Therapy, Inc.’s mission is to improve the academic and emotional well-being of children who struggle with learning, social, and/or emotional challenges. Mardan’s specialized program integrates social and emotional support with a strong academic focus and individualized guidance to elementary, middle and high school classes limited in size. The Mardan Foundation was awarded a $13,600 grant from RMHCSC to fund a photography classroom that will enable the school to offer photography as a separate elective to enrich the high school experience and provide hands-on fine arts experience. The Mardan Foundation of Educational Therapy, Inc. serves 65 students ages 5 to 18 with disabilities including autism, ADHD, Tourette’s Syndrome and various mental illnesses.
